Considering all the calorie consumption, I'm not disappointed.
I gained back a pound (there was a LOT of birthday cake and sweet tea to be had).
I LOST, however, a 1/2 inch on my thigh.
I expect next Monday's numbers to show the results of diligent exercise and proper eating.

You and me both. I was somehow invaded by the body snatchers or something (probably the end of the semester drama-induced stress).
But, we're back on track and that's what matters, right?
Oh! I forgot to mention that I now own a copy of the book, too!
