Disclaimer as to WHY I'm not going to be eating anything slimming for the next several days:
This week has been all over the place due to having some friends (family of six) coming to stay with us for Memorial Day weekend.
I have been getting things moved around to accommodate sleeping arrangements, frantically trying to get the porch and yard ready for outdoor use (up until two days ago we were still having highs of 40s and 50s), and last minute projects to make the house presentable. Oh, and homeschooling, and business paperwork, and...well, you know how it goes.
We're also going camping NEXT weekend.
I didn't post recipes last week and that completely threw me off. I fell back into my old ways of tossing some pasta into a pot, ignoring vegetables, and frequenting fast food places. Scheduling is SUCH A KEY to weight loss and financial savings.
My husband even commented that he missed the 1958 menus.
On my sidebar will be my attempt at staying on track next week. I just finished composing the plan and I already feel more in control and hopeful. I don't expect weight loss at next Monday's weigh-in, but I think I should be able to maintain.
