Last week was another bust. I keep adding in extra calories, sometimes without even realizing it. When I'm super busy, I absent-mindedly graze. I also have given in to sweet teas from McDs. Many, many calories there.
Despite the extra calories, my numbers are still stable. That's good and all (better than going UP!), but I know I should have been down at least 7 pounds by now. I think the exercise has maintained my previous loss, but it is so necessary to monitor the calories. By that, I don't mean note the calories as I shovel them into my mouth!
