Only three days were Slimming Meals. My Monday weigh-in confirmed that the other four were NOT slimming!
Monday
Breakfast: 1 wheat biscuit, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 grapefruit
Luncheon: Leftover Ham and Bean soup, sliced tomatoes
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: Leftover Ham and Bean soup, sliced tomatoes (I know, I know)
Tuesday
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, Shirred Egg, 1 slice toast with jam
Luncheon: Cinco de Mayo Fiesta!! (See post for details.)
Pickup: nothing
Dinner: Cinco de Leftovers
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 wheat biscuit, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 sliced banana
Luncheon: Leftover Ham and Bean soup I promise this is the last of it
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: BIG taco salad, last slice of Tres Leches cake

Thursday
Breakfast: 3/4 cup hot cereal, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 cup whole milk, OJ
Luncheon: Clam Chowder, toast, 1/2 pat butter
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: Frankfurter Kabobs, baked potato, 1/2 pat butter, green beans, Pineapple-Lime Parfait
Friday
Breakfast: Scrambled egg, toast, 1/2 pat butter, 4 oz. OJ
Luncheon: grilled cheese sandwich, Tomato Bouillon, orange
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: Oven Croquettes, Baked Broccoli with Celery and Onion, Stewed Tomatoes, Spanish Cream
Saturday
Breakfast: 1/2 ripe banana, 3/4 cup wheat flakes, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 cup whole milk
Luncheon: 1 hamburger patty, green salad, 4 slices pickles, 1/2 toasted roll
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: Fruit and Cheese platter, Coffee Delight
Sunday
Breakfast: Scrambled Egg, 1/2 English muffin, 1/2 pat butter, OJ
Luncheon: Mother's Day (We're going to a BBQ place. Many, oh so many, calories.)
Pickup: 4 oz. milk
Dinner: Chicken Salad with Grapes, 2 slices bread, sliced apples with cinnamon
