Mix and Match Menus for week starting June 8

Click on the Day name for evaluations and recipes. I am beginning to repeat recipes, so please using the "Search and Be Slim" button on the sidebar to look up the recipes if not listed.

Monday
Breakfast: 4 oz. OJ, 1 soft-cooked egg, 1 slice toast, 1 tsp. jam
Luncheon: 1 bouillon cup of tomato soup, 3 1/2 oz. grilled cube steak on 1 slice toast
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: 1 lean pork chop, 1/2 med. baked potato, 1/2 pat butter, 2/3 C Green Beans with Mushrooms and Parmesan cheese, green salad with Zippy Salad Dressing, Spanish Cream

Tuesday
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, poached egg on 1 slice toast, 4 oz. whole milk
Luncheon: 3 oz. beef patty on 1/2 toasted roll, 4 slices pickles, wedge of lettuce w/quartered tomato with Old Fashioned Dressing
Pickup: 4 oz. OJ
Dinner: Chicken Paprika, 1/2 cup parsley potatoes, 1/2 pat butter, veggie medley, chocolate pudding

Wednesday
Breakfast: 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 cup whole milk, 4 oz. OJ
Luncheon: 1 bouillon cup of vegetable soup, 1 oz. Swiss cheese on 1 slice bread w/mustard, tart apple
Pickup: thin slice bread, lightly buttered
Dinner: McDonalds... (sad, but true)

Thursday
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 1 shirred egg, 1 slice toast, 1 tsp. jam
Luncheon: Chicken Salad with Grapes, 2 slices bread, 1/2 Broiled Grapefruit
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: BBQ frankfurters, sauerkraut, 1/2 baked potato, 1/2 pat butter, Raspberry Bavarian

Friday
Breakfast: 3/4 cup wheat flakes, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 banana
Luncheon: Leftovers
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: Crabmeat Ramekins, Oven French Fries, sauteed zucchini, stewed tomatoes, Ambrosia

Saturday
Breakfast: 4 oz. OJ, scrambled egg, 1 slice toast, 1 tsp. jam
Luncheon: Leftovers
Pickup: 4 oz. whole milk
Dinner: Leftovers
